In December 2020, the 'micro injection molding mold technology' independently developed by our company won the 3E prize of China machinery industry science and technology progress award. Meanwhile, the main members of the project team, Yin liming, Zhang Jiahua, Huang Guihong, Cheng Long and Tai Jun, won the third prize of individual award for scientific and technological progress.
Micro injection molding technology mainly includes insert- molding technology, in mold assembly technology, automatic feeding and receiving technology and automatic packaging technology. It can realize the in mold assembly, inlaying, injection molding, and roll to roll integrated automatic production of micro products. It is the key prerequisite technology to realize intelligent manufacturing of micro connectors and components and unmanned factory.
This technology has the characteristics of accurate initial positioning of feeding manipulator, accurate positioning and sealing of metal insert by mold, good consistency of multi cavity products and high precision of body forming. It has passed the new technology appraisal of Jiangsu Provincial Department of industry and information technology and reached the domestic excellent level. This honor will encourage us to make persistent efforts and achieve better results!
