On November 29, the China National Intellectual Property Administration issued the Notice on Determining a New Batch of National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises and Competitive Enterprises in 2023. Kunshan Jiahua Electronics Co., Ltd. was identified as a new batch of "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises", which is another national honor in intellectual property management after passing the assessment of "National Intellectual Property Competitive Enterprises" in 2020.
The "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" is a demonstration enterprise with industry influence and benchmarking, which is approved and publicized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration through independent application, evaluation organization and recommendation of local intellectual property management departments, and focuses on assessing the ability of enterprises to create, use, protect and manage intellectual property rights.
