FAF Group’s first phase

Human Resources Management Capacity Enhancement Training Camp

Successfully held

From December 19 to 20, 2025, the FAF Group successfully hosted its inaugural “Human Resources Management Capacity‑Building Boot Camp.” Centered on the goal of transitioning from transactional HR to strategic HR, the program brought together key HR leaders from the Group and its subsidiaries. Through structured lectures, policy briefings, hands‑on workshops, and collaborative team sessions, it sought to strengthen professional foundations, build shared expertise, and ensure effective implementation of HR systems—thereby injecting fresh momentum into the Group’s talent development and organizational capability enhancement.

Clarify the direction of transformation and launch sustained empowerment.

The training camp was launched under the strategic guidance of the Group’s leadership. In his address, General Manager Liu underscored the pivotal role of human resources during the Group’s strategic transformation, urging the team to deepen its expertise and sharpen its business acumen to effectively support business growth. General Manager Ling presided over the opening session, systematically outlining the camp’s objectives and future roadmap, and announced the establishment of a continuous empowerment framework—comprising online thematic sessions paired with quarterly in-person workshops—to foster the systematic development of the HR team.

Systematically build a knowledge framework and directly address the organization’s current state.

This training camp features renowned practitioner‑instructor Teacher Xiao, who will deliver the entire program. Starting with an assessment of current professional capabilities and a roadmap for improvement, Teacher Xiao guides the team to confront existing skill gaps and chart a clear path forward. Building on this foundation, he provides an in-depth analysis of the “Organizational and Talent Landscape Report,” using objective data and real‑world case studies to systematically highlight the Group’s strengths and challenges in talent structure, succession planning, and organizational capability—providing a well‑defined, evidence‑based framework for future learning.

Centered on core topics, the course provides a comprehensive, systematic overview of six key modules: human resource planning, recruitment and staffing, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Drawing on a seamless integration of theory, practical tools, and real-world business scenarios, Instructor Xiao guides participants in mastering a structured methodology—from translating business strategy into actionable HR initiatives to formulating effective HR strategies—while reinforcing practical approaches to enhancing talent effectiveness and building robust succession pipelines.

Communicating a talent‑motivation orientation

The training camp included a dedicated session on interpreting the Group’s talent‑subsidy policy, providing a detailed overview of the Group’s incentive programs and application procedures for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This initiative aims to deepen each business unit’s understanding and implementation of the Group’s talent strategy, ensuring that incentive resources are allocated with precision and effectively driving business growth.

Focus on real issues and generate practical solutions.

To promote the application of learning in practice, the training camp featured a “Co‑Creation Workshop on Organizational and Job Standardization” and a “Group‑Based Workshop on HR Pain Points.” Participants, working in small teams, engaged in in-depth discussions and collaborative ideation around real‑world issues such as organizational structure, job design, and key challenges, resulting in a range of actionable improvement ideas and preliminary solutions.

Unleash vitality through collaboration and witness growth through competition.

This training camp introduced a team‑based points competition system, with four teams—“Dream‑Building Squad,” “Meal‑Time Crew,” “Boundary‑Breakers Alliance,” and “Spark Studio”—vying throughout the program in classroom engagement, seminar contributions, and presentation of results. In the end, “Dream‑Building Squad,” thanks to its enthusiastic participation and outstanding teamwork, earned the “Outstanding Team Award” with 126 points. Teacher Xiao also prepared a graduation surprise for all participants, recognizing their dedication to learning and their positive progress.

Promote the commercialization of research outcomes and implement continuous improvement.

To ensure that the training delivers tangible results, the boot camp has clearly defined follow-up action milestones and a mechanism for translating learning into practice. Participants are required to complete a series of standardized review tasks within the prescribed timeframe. Meanwhile, in response to the current priorities and challenges in human resource management, several targeted improvement initiatives have been launched. The Group will convene online debriefing sessions to monitor progress, distill practical insights, and help each business unit turn learning outcomes into organizational capabilities, thereby driving a systematic shift from “knowing” to “doing.”

Conclusion

The inaugural Human Resources Management Capacity‑Building Boot Camp was a concentrated initiative for professional development and team cohesion. It marks a solid step forward for FAF Group in establishing a systematic HR empowerment framework. Moving forward, the Group will leverage ongoing training and development programs to help its HR team continuously enhance its professional value, becoming a trusted partner in business growth and jointly driving the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
